resting comfortably...

Since we have been at home, Mom has been resting comfortably, with little to no pain.  She sleeps a lot and hasn't been complaining of pain, just really tired and weak.  We appreciate ALL the phone calls, visits, cards, and posts that we have received over the past few days.  We were especially grateful to get to spend Christmas with her at home!  We head back to Birmingham in the morning for her treatments this week.  She will receive one a day, Monday - Friday.  I will be updating each day.  We pray her pain medicines continue to work and that she tolerates her treatments well.  Below are some pictures of family and friends visiting.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you have done.  "Thank you" will never be enough! We love you all so very, very much!

  2. Just dropped by tonight to see if there was any update, and to tell you all Hello from the Danner home. As you all know the only thing that makes all of this bearable is the love and prayers of friends and family, and mos of all the strength that only comes from God Himself. May He give you strength and assuarance that He is in control and Peggy is His daughter whom He loves. He wants her well also. Love and Prayers going your way. We love you and I'm so glad your precious daughter is there with you, I know that means the world to you both. Keep us posted and let us know if you need anything.

  4. Good morning Culverhouse's! I am praying this morning that today is a better day for Peggy. We heard she wasn't feeling well yesterday. The Spirit prompts both Thom and I often throughout the day to pray for all of you. May you find comfort in the prayers that are being lifted up on your behalf. Love to you all!
